EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT - JUSTIN ZADRO
Hi, I’m Justin Zadro from Pool Systems Sydney. I have been working at Pool Systems since December 2019. I originally started in the warehouse and trade counter where I was able to put my previous experience as a Pool Technician to good use helping customers identify and troubleshoot their complex pool issues.
I moved into the BDR role in January 2025, and it has been a great opportunity to connect with customers all over Northern New South Wales. I enjoy that I am able to use my problem solving skills to provide the best technical knowledge to my customers.
Typically, I’ll spend my morning travelling to clients on the Central Coast, supporting them with warranty and replacement requests, assisting with correct sizing of equipment, ensuring they get the best quality products for the right price.
I’m looking forward to my first Pool Systems Sales conference in Surfers Paradise where I will have the opportunity to meet many of my colleagues across Australia!
CONTAINERS FOR CHANGE
In 2025, Pool Systems participated in the Containers for Change program, collecting 10c cans and bottles across our branches.
With the help of our Pool Systems staff, we were proud to donate $228.20 in December to The Salvation Army Christmas Appeal.
This contribution will help support the thousands of Australians who turn to The Salvation Army each week – including those experiencing homelessness, escaping violence, facing addiction, or simply struggling to make ends meet.
To put it into perspective, $150 can help provide emergency accommodation for families, along with the wraparound care needed to support them as they begin rebuilding their lives.
