WELCOMING GERMAN TO THE TEAM!
Last month, we were thrilled to welcome German Martinez to our Pool Systems family! As the Brendale Sales Centre Manager and National Operations Manager, German has hit the ground running, bringing fresh energy and innovative ideas that are already making a big impact.
In just a short time, German has completely revamped our Brendale trade counter, making our stock more accessible and showcasing the incredible variety we offer. He’s also optimised our warehouse operations, ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a more quick and efficient manner. If you swing by our trade counter, don’t forget to say hi! German will be around, probably plotting his next big idea.
We’re beyond excited to have German on board, and we can’t wait to see the amazing ideas he’ll bring to Pool Systems. Welcome to the team!
TEAM MOVEMENTS
Exciting news – Chris Martin from our Seventeen Mile Rocks branch has recently been promoted to Customer service and trade Counter team leader. Chris came to Pool Systems as a Pool technician with 15 years’ experience. He took to the Trade/Customer Service role quickly and became an intricate part of business. Chris is a great part of our team and helping us produce the best Trade Centre in the marketplace.
Kyle Lord from our Brendale warehouse, who joined Pool Systems in December 2021, has made a thrilling transition from Warehouse Manager to Warranties Team Leader! Kyle is embracing his new role and is already hard at work reworking some of our procedures to deliver even better and more efficient customer service. We can’t wait to see the positive impact he’ll make!

SYDNEY TEAM UPDATES
Our NSW team is fully embracing the excitement of the new swimming season! To kick things off and celebrate a successful August, they came together for a fantastic sausage sizzle. It was a fun-filled event that brought everyone closer as we dive into what promises to be an amazing season ahead!
In other exciting news, Ryan, our BDR for Central to North NSW, just got his shiny new Ford Ranger work vehicle! He can’t wait to hit the road and visit with our regional customers. Let the adventures begin! 🚗💨
LO-CHLOR TRAINING DAYS SEQ
This month, our QLD branches were buzzing with excitement during product training days hosted by Lo-Chlor! We welcomed Kerry and Megan, the fantastic Lo-Chlor QLD reps, who shared expert tips and offered chances to win incredible prizes. They were on hand to assist our customers with all their needs. Meanwhile, our dedicated staff fired up the grill to serve a delicious BBQ breakfast. It was a fun-filled morning of learning, laughter, and great food!
