This month, we are getting to know our trade counter team at Brendale: Meet Carlos & Savannah!
What is your position and how long have you been working at Pool Systems?
Savannah: I have been working at pool Systems for just over a year now. The first 6 months I was picking orders in the warehouse and now I work on the trade counter and assist our customer service team as well.
Carlos: I have been working for Pool Systems for just over a month as an Inside Sales Associate and working on the trade counter.
What did you want to be when you were younger?
Savannah: When I was younger I wanted to be an International Flight Attendant.
Carlos: I wanted to manage my own business.
What do you enjoy most about working on the trade counter?
Savannah: I enjoy being able to talk and get to know our customers that come in as well as them sharing knowledge about what they know which could potentially help me further down the track.
Carlos: Meeting new people and having the opportunity to learn and share each other’s unique knowledge and experiences in the industry.
What can customers expect from the trade counter team this year?
Savannah: We recently redesigned our trade counter and are still adding more stock. Hopefully soon, our customers will be able to walk in and find everything they need right in one place. We are often running monthly specials and when new products arrive, we have them on display so we can show you the different features that makes these products so great. On top of this we also have our Superpool range which is on display and in action so you are able to see the features of each product in the range.
Carlos: With more product training provided by our suppliers, we will be able to provide better service to our customers.
What are you most excited for this year?
Savannah: I am looking forward to seeing trade in the best way possible with all our planning coming together to provide our customers the best service when they come to visit.
Carlos: The final Trade Counter look for this year and to deliver an amazing experience for everyone.
