ZAC PARASKEVAS
This month, we are getting to know Zac Paraskevas from our Gold Coast branch.
Can you tell us about yourself and your role here at Pool Systems?
A: My name is Zac and I come from Country Victoria, I moved to the GC as it has always been a dream of mine since I was a kid. I am the Warehouse Team Leader in the GC / Varsity Lakes branch and my role is to assist in customer service / admin, including assisting customer’s with loading and unloading their vehicles.
What did you want to be when you were younger?
A: When I was younger, I aspired to become a professional soccer player, in hopes to represent Australia in the world cup. I managed to become professional overseas in numerous countries and clubs which allowed me to travel abroad at a very young age.
Which product do you think offers the best value for money?
A: I believe the Superpool range offers best value for money, especially the sand filters thanks to their extended warranty. Not only is the warranty impressive, but the product itself is sustainable and reliable.
What advice would you give customers heading into winter?
A: Winter would be one of the best times to treat stains. If you are having any issues with chemicals or are wanting to gain more knowledge and exposure, pop into the GC branch and see the team for a helping hand!
What can your customers expect from the Gold Coast branch this year?
A: At the GC Branch we treat all our customers as if they are VIP’s, we go above and beyond to ensure that the customer service is top quality and customer satisfaction is at an all time high.

On the 14th of April, our Seventeen Mile Rocks branch hosted a successful Trade Day – and what a day it was! Packed with unbeatable deals, exclusive offers, and expert advice, it was a great opportunity for customers to connect directly with some of the industry’s top suppliers.
