CHANGE OF LEADERSHIP
POOLCORP has announced a change in leadership, with Tim Ward stepping down from his role as General Manager. We thank Tim for his contribution and wish him all the best for the future.
We are pleased to welcome Frank Petruccelli as the new General Manager – Australia.
Frank joins Pool Systems with extensive experience leading large distribution and wholesale businesses, most recently in senior General Manager roles at Burson Auto Parts. His background includes improving service reliability, strengthening branch performance, and ensuring customers receive the right product, at the right time, with consistent support.
Importantly, there is no change to your day-to-day contacts or service arrangements. Our focus remains firmly on supporting your business, improving availability, and continuing to invest in the people and systems that serve you.
Frank is known for being highly visible and engaged in the business, and over the coming months he will be spending time across the network meeting customers and teams.

NORTH BRISBANE BRANCH UPDATE
At the beginning of the month, Pool Systems Head Office in Brisbane was pleased to welcome Jean-Louis Albouy, General Manager of SCP Europe (a POOLCORP company), and Luther Willems, Vice President of Human Resources at POOLCORP.
Their visit provided a great opportunity to formally welcome our new General Manager, Frank Petruccelli, as well as to reflect on the growth and direction planned for 2026 and beyond. It was a pleasure to have Jean-Louis and Luther spend time with the team, and a positive way to kick off the year together.
